The highest priced property for sale is 112 FORT FLORIDA RD, DEBARY, Fl. 32713 located in the OLIVE BLUFF subdivision and it is listed for $899,000. It is located on the shores of beautiful St. Johns River.
13 properties sold during September, and all were single family homes with the average sale price of $227,343 which was a 27% increase in price over the same month of the prior year. The average days on the market for September was 175 days. Sales stayed flat with 16 sales compared to the same month of the prior year. With 20 months of unsold inventory remaining, this area of the greater Orlando market remains to be challenged for many years. Prices will continue to be depressed as the bank-owned and pre-foreclosure properties are driving the market.
As of the end of September, there are 29 bank-owned properties for sale in Debary, an increase of 9 properties. The highest priced home is 336 Hammock Oak DEBARY, Fl. 32713, and it is listed for $595,000; located in the Debary Plantation subdivision. There are 108 short sales single family homes and or condos, which is a 10 unit increase. The highest priced short sale is 200 Glen Abbey Lane Debary, Fl. 32713, listed at $595,000 and is it located in the Glen Abbey subdivision.
